Our Spring timetable of Being Active Classes begin in April and run for 10 weeks.
Our Being Active Classes are completely FREE*
*Please note that we can only fund one free place per person across our classes. If you've already taken part in the past, our Being Active Wellbeing Adviser would be happy to talk to you about other follow-on activities that would be suitable for your fitness level and budget.
Where
Our classes are held at accessible venues across Arun, mainly in Bognor or Littlehampton.
When
Our classes are held on a variety of days and times.
Classes run in 10 week blocks. As the instructor aims to progress the excercises over the 10 weeks, we regret that the classes do not have a rolling start date and must be started at the beginning. If this block of classes has already started, please look ahead to the next ones.

Legs, Bums & Tums
Perfect for beginners, Legs, Bums & Tums involves a gradual warm up followed by a series of toning, strengthening and shaping exercises focusing on legs, glutes and core using weights, resistance bands and body weight.
Beginners Circuits
Beginners Circuits involves a gradual warm up followed by a circuit of different exercises, aiming to improve strength and stamina as well as balance and coordination. You will progress and build your confidence over the ten sessions with a variety of adaptable exercises.
Healthy Heart Exercise
Healthy Heart Exercise involves a gradual warm up followed by a circuit of different exercises, aiming to improve strength and stamina as well as balance and coordination. You will progress and build your confidence over the ten sessions with a variety of adaptable exercises.
Beginners Fitness
Beginners Fitness involves a gradual warm up followed by different exercises for the whole body, aiming to improve strength and stamina. You will progress and build your confidence over the ten sessions with a variety of adaptable exercises. Perfect for beginners and improvers.
Supple Strength
Supple Strength uses stretch and bodyweight exercises to improve flexibility, mobility and balance. You'll use all muscle groups during this full body workout, perfect for beginners and improvers.
Cold Water Swimming
Learn about cold water swimming and gain confidence in a safe environment. Held at Arundel Lido.

Follow the Couch To 5K programme with an instructor from Bognor Running Club. Meet outside Felpham Leisure Centre.
Being Active Class Timetable
